Motorcycle specifications TriumphTiger 900 GT Pro Aragon Edition 2023 Take the road to Monegros
presentation of the Tiger 900 GT Pro Aragon Edition 2023
It's not enough for the Tiger to go and play on BMW GS territory. They intend to make a name for themselves with various demonstration stages. For example, the 1200 GT Explorer recently set a record of 4012 km in 24 hours, with a certain Ivan Cervantes at the helm.
The same Cervantes won the Baja Aragon in 2022 with a Tiger 900 in the Trail category. It didn't take much for the English company to release a special series to celebrate this victory. In fact, two special series: off-road and on-road. It's the latter that interests us with the Triumph Tiger 900 GT Aragon Edition.
It's good to see some color on the GT Pro. The current vintage is a little bland, whereas the Aragon Edition's color triptych adds a touch of cheek and sportiness. Red, black and white - there's something to sharpen the retina first thing in the morning.
This design does not repeat the theme of Cervantes' machine. To take advantage of it, you'll have to turn to the other special series, the Rally Pro Aragon.
The British trail bike gains protective bars and a two-tone seat (a very discreet color difference). Under the passenger seat, Triumph has discreetly inlaid GPS coordinates. 41.5976° N 0.9057° W corresponds to the center of the Aragon region, just a short drive from the Los Monegros desert.
The bonus is that this special edition is less expensive than the Tiger 900 GT Pro from which it derives, even though it comes with more equipment. The original list is long; here are just a few items: adjustable 45 mm inverted fork, electronically-adjustable shock absorber, 7-inch color TFT display, 5 riding modes, Brembo Stylema brake calipers, ABS and traction control responsive to cornering, center stand, shifter, bubble and adjustable seat.... Too many to list quickly! I invite you to discover the whole panel on the original bike's data sheet.
The Tiger can also count on a 3-cylinder engine that's full of mid-range power and very British in character, as well as on its build quality and technology. To get even closer to the spirit of Ivan, the Rally Aragon will open up more dusty roads for you.
