presentation of the YZ 125 2012
whether in competition or just for fun, the Yamaha YZ 125 allows you to follow the line thanks to a chassis derived from the bikes used in World Cross championships. Thanks to its powerful engine and short-ratio six-speed gearbox, you'll be amazed by the speed with which it propels you from corner to corner.
The YZ 125 is equipped with a new saddle that facilitates rider movement. Its final drive is a gold chain. Like Yamaha's latest off-road models, it features "speed block" decoration.
Agile and light, with its high-performance two-stroke engine, this racing machine has everything to seduce.
The YZ 125 is equipped with a semi-double-cradle aluminum frame, limiting its weight to just 94.5 kg, fully loaded. This extreme lightness in no way detracts from its solidity, making it exceptionally easy to handle. Precise on the trajectory, lively when changing angles and easy to place when jumping, the YZ 125 is a model of efficiency on a cross-country course.
The YZ 125's inverted fork, with its effective protection, and the Monocross system with Kayaba's titanium spring combo, ensure remarkably progressive suspension, with optimum efficiency in both compression and rebound phases. The particularly compact petal-disc braking system minimizes unsprung weight and enhances suspension responsiveness on all types of terrain.
The brakes - 250 mm diameter front and 245 mm diameter rear - are the same as those fitted to the more powerful YZ250, providing undeniable efficiency!

i really don't think it's right for bikes that haven't changed in years. Many people have had to go for a Ktm, and I myself hesitated Rating : 5/5 Respond to lafleche
without modification I don't know, but in the condition I've got it, it's got an engine that runs superbly well, good throttle response, light, powerful but not aggressive Rating : 5/5 Respond to foxy
