bMW is going wild with special series in 2012. There's Triple Black, Rallye, Sertão, Trophy - and among the Ks, a 1300 S HP and here a 1300 R Special. While the aforementioned sportivo-GT is equipped with a good range of features that give it a distinctly sporty bent, the R roadster is only mildly enthusiastic in this Carbon version. It's just another color, mixing black and gray with a few speckled patterns on the tank, punctuated by a yellow R on the sides (no comment). We're also treated to a carbon engine cowling, but it's the HP shifter that interests us the most, to exploit the 173 horsepower of the Bavarian 4-cylinder even faster. Power that allows the K 1300 R to remain one of the most powerful roadsters on the market, and its intrinsic looks continue to appeal even 7 years after its launch.

I own the 1000 fazer, before the k1300 R
The potato, is of course incomparable but the comfort alone or two is impressive.
rides of more than 500 km are very pleasant.
