Motorcycle specifications Ducati1262 XDiavel S 2019 Wolverine in costard

presentation of the 1262 XDiavel S 2019
The Ducati XDiavel opens up a whole new world of muscular cruising. It makes its mark, disturbs, pleases, annoys, bewitches and upsets. The design grabs you, the engine pulls you away. The Testastretta twin is pumped up to 1262 cm3 and features DVT variable valve timing. The result: 156 horsepower and, above all, plenty of torque available very early on.
The standard version is a blast, the S version a premium. The manufacturer is not raising the level of performance, but rather that of finish. The paintwork changes from the XDiavel 's matte finish to a varnished black. The wheels are different, with a more dynamic design and polished spokes. The Brembo monobloc calipers here are M50s, mounted at the end of a 50 mm inverted fork that receives a DLC antifriction treatment. The aluminum mirrors are machined. The all-LED headlamp features a luminous inverted U for DRL daytime illumination. And let's not forget the guest Bluetooth in the on-board electronics.
On the engine side, polishing work has been carried out on the side casings. This virtualization of the valve train is reminiscent of similar work on Boxer Design's forthcoming Brough Superior SS 100
Last but not least, a special seat made of two different materials and a brushed finish on the aluminum swingarm.
No Öhlins? No, nor Termignoni exhaust or carbon parts. But rest assured, the price increase will still hurt.

Maintenance
The pin holding the side support in place can wear and break. This can cause the side support to open and activate the sensor that stops the motorcycle engine, increasing the risk of an accident.
The screws securing the passenger seat backrest may not be properly tightened, which could cause the backrest to break, posing a risk of accident. The backrest may also break if a passenger leans on it without holding on to the rider or seat strap.

Merci Miko et bonne route Rating : 5/5 Participate in the conversation
In the 30-minute test I did, there was no problem with heat coming out of the pot. I think that if it heats up, it would be more for the passenger, because for the driver with his legs forward, it's fine. As for the noise, it's very good.
I'm getting mine in 3 weeks, so I'll be able to tell you more.
