Motorcycle specifications Ducati1262 XDiavel S 2024 Wolverine in costard

When Ducati launched into the power-cruiser segment, its XDiavel demonstrated outstanding performance for the category. A custom motorcycle capable of reaching 250 km/h as standard can only be found in the Italian manufacturer's range.
The XDiavel S takes advantage of Euro5 requirements to gorge itself on watts. There's no question of calming the curves; the opposite is true. Its 1262 cm3 twin DVT now spits out 160 hp at 9,500 rpm.
More power, certainly, and another change to the output register. What about the exhaust? It loses its raised tips for a profile very similar to that of the Diavel. As for everything else, the most enigmatic of Ducatis hasn't changed a bit.
We can't say that this machine leaves anyone unmoved. A combination of muscle and nerves caught together like a boulder in a storm. The S version justifies its wilder price tag than the Black version with superb wheels with polished spokes, stronger braking with Brembo M50 calipers, a brushed effect on the anodized aluminum monobar, the luminous DRL signature, mirrors cut from the mass, DLC coating on the fork tubes for better sliding, a more stylish alternator housing, the on-board infotainment system, and aluminum belt covers with milled edges. This singular piece of workmanship surprises, detonates... and raises a coincidence with a certain Franco-British production (cf. the Brough Superior engine).
the XDiavel is also ergonomic, with multiple combinations, 13 mkg of torque available at an exceptionally low rpm for a Ducati: 5,000 rpm, a huge 240-wide tire that doesn't seem to get in the way of the chassis, a belt drive, fully adjustable suspension, dynamic capabilities well above the class and nicely dense electronics. The XDiavel family comes standard with hands-free starting, backlit gauges, an inertial unit, 3 driving modes (Sport / Touring / Urban), 8-step traction control, cruise control, ABS responsive to cornering, a 3.5" color TFT instrument panel and a standing start assistant.
A furious custom, it now comes in several versions, each as deep as the next. The Dark model is the gateway to this dimension, while the S version is the ultimate in luxury, and the Nera is a temptation towards marquetry. A motorcycle to give Agent Mulder a taste for discovery.

In the 30-minute test I did, there was no problem with heat coming out of the pot. I think that if it heats up, it would be more for the passenger, because for the driver with his legs forward, it's fine. As for the noise, it's very good.
I'm getting mine in 3 weeks, so I'll be able to tell you more.
