presentation of the 1400 GTR Grand Tourer 2013
in the Kawasaki range, the 1400 GTR is much more than a tourer. Derived from the ZZR missile, this long-distance motorcycle is more of a fast cruiser than an ocean liner. And to enhance its touring potential, the 'Grand Tourer' edition adds an extra touch of fun. The most visible and indispensable of these is the body-colored top-case. With its 47-liter capacity, it transforms the passenger seat into a small armchair where you can wedge yourself in and effortlessly resist the acceleration of the 155 hp engine. Still in the luggage department, there's a pack of pannier interiors. Water-resistant and rigid, they provide optimum storage for your belongings; one of the two can be carried over the shoulder thanks to its shoulder strap. That way, you can pack your mess in one and your picnic in the other.
The rest of the equipment is more discreet, but appreciated on a daily basis: a 3-part semi-transparent tank protector, a set of protective films for the panniers, and a GPS holder. Thus equipped, the green GT weighs a few kilos and half a thousand euros more.

very good machine on the whole except that when we ask kawa france for explanations on premature wear of the front discs and pads at 9000kms, they are unable to answer me despite a complete file with measurements to the centimeter cost of repair 1067 euros of course not taken under warranty because they are wearing parts if your site can help me understand it would not be refut because I do not have the unfortunate tendency to press on the brakes
thank you in advance M ROELANDT Rating : 3/5 Respond to michaeldu59
