Motorcycle specifications Moto-Guzzi1100 V 11 LE MANS Rosso et Nero Corsa 2005 A hot-blooded Italian

guzzi doesn't conjugate sport like the Japanese do with their GSX-R or CBR... and the V 11 Le Mans rosso corsa adds another dimension. With it, the charm of the engine erases the chronos but unveils the senses. This bike is a sculpture. Its black and red finery sublimates the retina, slightly dazzled by the superb Öhlins fork. A host of details that let you admire it a hundred times before thinking of getting on it. Its enormous engine spills over the sides, as if beckoning the hand to caress it. It exudes an inimitable fragrance of nostalgia. This tumbled V-twin is rated at 91 hp, and has the task of hauling a beast weighing almost 250 kg.
whatever! Don't get carried away just yet, once the bowls are rattling in the cylinders. The gearbox isn't a model of precision, so take it easy. Playing on torque, the pleasure is omnipresent as you feel the vibrations of the twin-cylinder. As you pick up the pace, beyond 6,000 rpm, the machine really comes into its own. It becomes surprisingly lively and reveals a new face. Suspension is comfortable, but the forks are a little too soft as you pick up the pace. The chassis isn't a blade, and comfort fades with the sporty rhythm. This is when you rediscover the V11: a machine that prefers to roll, brimming with life and charisma. The Brembo brakes are perfect. When it comes to riding, the Guzzi doesn't appreciate improvisation, and its lack of precision will demand more of you. You'll forget all that as you let yourself be carried away by the emotion.

Sorry, I've had no problems with my 2003 Rosso Corsa. It's got 22,000km on it and it's been nothing but bliss. No clutch problems, no cracked manifolds or other electrical problems... It's a simple machine, and with a little knowledge of mechanics and basic tools, you can easily maintain it yourself (except for the forks). Really economical! Rating : 5/5 Respond to BdF
