presentation of the 910 R BRUTALE WALLY 2008
mV-Agusta is clearly identified as a luxury motorcycle brand. Introduced directly into the design elite with the 750 F4S, then into the closed clan of super-powered hypersports with the 1000 F4, the Italian brand is gradually slipping into high-pedigree alliances.
The F4 sports car was associated with prestigious names: Senna, Agostini, Tamburini, Castiglione. The Brutale, considered one of the most beautiful and prestigious roadsters, forges alliances with the realm of luxury. After the Hydrogen series, the 910 R is now available in a limited series with another respectable name: Wally.
Admittedly, if you don't live in Monaco and don't hang out with the jet-set, this name won't mean much to you. But it's worth the detour. Wally is a luxury yacht manufacturer based in Monte Carlo. Founded by the wealthy Italian luca Bassani some fifteen years ago, the company is the benchmark in composite hulls and considered one of the most prestigious yacht manufacturers.
We are therefore in the presence of a beautiful alliance of renown. This Brutale will be produced in a limited edition of 118 units, with a very sober design, embellished only by a tank deco, a Wally-marked saddle and the Wallypower stamp on the thighs. A nod to one of the shipowner's productions: it's the length in feet of the Wallypower 118, a superb production, which was seen in the film "The island" with Ewan McGregor and Scarlett Johansson.
