presentation of the GSX-S 1000 Evo 2018

A GSX-R 1000 with handlebars and heavily openwork trim - or roadster perfused with one of Suzuki's most demonic sports bikes. We could come up with many other muscular definitions for the GSX-S 1000.
The fact remains that this iron-fisted, testosterone-fuelled machine wants to make more room for itself on the scene. The 2018 update gives it 5 more horsepower and torque. And to make sure it gets noticed, an EVO edition has been launched. Packed with accessories, it's sure to charm enthusiasts.

The Suzuki GSX-S 1000 Evo stands out from the crowd. With its unique bright red color matched with black, it immediately announces its spicy character. A bit of a bang for the engine block? Mostly breath, with the adoption of a Yoshimura Evo6 muffler.
But that's not enough to justify being a special edition. So let's add a set of LED indicators, a small black windscreen, a minimalist license plate holder, engine protection pads and red edging on the rims.

30 models will be launched, at an extra cost of 1100 euros compared to the standard GSX-S 1000. As soon as you've picked it up and put it on the road, all you have to do is unleash the 150 hp from the boiler and get a big dose of adrenalin. Traction control keeps a watchful eye, the anti-dribble clutch calms the nerves and the chassis, closely derived from that of a GSX-R, allows for many a battle.

French Model 2018
When it came out in 2015, it was already well positioned in relation to the competition in terms of price and performance. This update is a great success, with its well-matched muffler, short plate support and 5 extra hp. And in red and black, it's a real eye-catcher! Rating : 5/5
