presentation of the 1200 Bonneville Bobber Icon Edition 2025
On the eve of a new collection, the spirit of "Modern Classics" heats up. A selection of Triumphs will be sporting new precepts linked to another level of distinction. One every year, every year different, different for a year, nanti on the Bonnevilles, and the Bobber is one of them.
In this 'Icon Edition' version, the English custom hot-rod is dressed in black with silver scarves, outlined by hand-painted gold piping. In a nod to the brand's history, the Triumph logo is written in the same calligraphy as the 1907 coat of arms - the year in which the emblem received its first evolution, with just its name replacing an escutcheon worthy of a noble shield.
The logo lasted from 1097 to 1914. So it had been sleeping in the archives for over 100 years. Here it is again, on the sides of the tank. The Bobber Icon Edition is distinguished by a two-tone color scheme, a vintage emblem and a hand-finish of its special features. Classic, but far too discreet for a special edition, especially when we recall the Bobber's presence in the 2022 Gold Line collection.
Its Speedmaster sister is less shy, with its silver nimbus more present.

As usual, the "Collection" models differ only in presentation. Underneath, the bike is identical, with its expressive 1200 cm3 twin developing 78 hp and 106 Nm. Even after years of use, this custom still packs a punch with its suspension seat, sleek rear end and rascally profile.
Big tires, a big 47 mm fork, big brake discs with Brembo calipers, and electronics you'd never imagine on this kind of stripped-down bike. This wild version of the Bonneville comes with two riding modes, ABS, disconnectable traction control, cruise control and LED headlights with daytime running lights.
As with every special series of this type, this theme will only be available for one year, at an extra cost of 800 euros. A tasteful achievement, but perhaps not tasteful enough.
