presentation of the 2300 ROCKET III Roadster 2011
how do you create the world's biggest production roadster? For Triumph, it's simple: take the world's biggest custom motorcycle - in this case, Triumph's Rocket III - and turn it into a roadster. With its enormous 2.3-liter 3-cylinder engine, this over-sized custom has never found a rival. But the Hinckley-based brand has tweaked it for even more power. The Rocket III Roadster delivers a few extra horses and, above all, 14% more torque. The British block sends over 22 mkg through the rear gumshoe. In keeping with its roadster philosophy (is it really a roadster?), the riding position, handlebars and seat have been redesigned, the suspension improved, the new exhaust pipes chromed, and ABS fitted as standard. With its revised ergonomics and reduced weight, the Rocket III Roadster is said to be easier to carry around - but that's relative: the beast still weighs over 300 kilos. But with this machine, the Yamaha 1700 V-Max has finally found someone to talk to. The Rocket III Roadster now replaces the brand's standard and Classic versions. We are witnessing the birth of a new family of machines, which Triumph has humbly christened Ultimate muscle streetfighter.

Having tasted the Z750, XB12X, BKING 1340, I've turned over a new leaf. It's just the power consumption that bothers me.
Thank you TRIUMPH.

Bye... Beacon call !!! Rating : 5/5 Respond to Bikeroad
if you do know how to ride, however, stop working out, just by riding a 2.3-liter rocket you'll already be doing so !!!!
the aggressive yet classic look is a real success !!!!
the pleasure of leaving most sports bikes on the tiles when you start riding a "classic" or a custom or a chopper or a dragster???
and if it was a 3in1 motorcycle?
in matte black, you'd think it was straight out of hell, and that the asphalt was afraid of it!
but in a classier shade, you'd think she was a beautiful custom!
it's a bike that turns heads and arouses a lot of curiosity in bikers, I've ridden a few kilometers with it as a passenger after some foam, I assure you, the roller coaster is a park bench next to it! Rating : 4/5 Respond to biker
