the first production model from the French Voxan factory, the Roadster is a very handsome machine, with a distinctive look, a strong character and exemplary handling. There's no mistaking it for an Italian or Japanese model. The Roadster's forkhead is small, strange, and offers ample protection up to 160 km/h. Powered by a well-built twin, this is one of the fastest roadsters around. The mill is generous in torque, lively and, above all, impressively long. The double-beam chassis isn't just as rigid as you'd expect; it's also unobtrusive, showing off the twin-cylinder perfectly. With the front axle guiding the machine with precision and liveliness, and the engine just waiting to express itself, you'll quickly get the hang of sporty riding. The Voxan is surprisingly agile and stable. Although it's a sporty roadster, the riding position is natural, making it easy to hold, which is not to say that it should be put in everyone's hands: it's an excellent machine, but capable of performance requiring a minimum of experience. The finish is in need of improvement, and the price reserves the Voxan for experienced and passionate bikers. They won't be disappointed by this typically French machine, which is more than happy to ride.

Quite a stylish roadster, some Ducati airs in it...one word: reussite..
The price is still quite high, but it's "Made in France"...and for 2000€ compared to the ducat monster pres I'd be ready to make the sacrifice.....that said, I'd really like them to produce their bikes in medium displacement and be able to pass them in MTT1...I'm going to be a young licence holder in a few months (if all goes well!!) and I was going to get a second-hand Japanese, but now I'd be ready to make an exception and get a new Voxan in MTT1 medium displacement :)

The 1000 ROADSTER is really the bike I've been waiting for. A torquey engine, very good handling, good braking, good looks...ETC. Only 2 small faults: a ridiculous range and an engine that heats up a lot. What can be done about the latter? Otherwise, 11000kms in 6 months =11000kms of pure pleasure (biker since 1969, I'd say very modestly that I think I know what I'm talking about. I recently bought a 2005 model 1000 roadster. I had less than 1000 km on the odometer, and after spending 45 mm in Bordeaux traffic jams at 30°C, the water temperature warning light came on. I stopped my machine immediately and waited for the temperature to drop before setting off again. This happened again in similar conditions, by which time I had clocked up over three thousand km. The fan is always on when I drive below 60 km/h. Both my dealer and Voxan find this normal. I have the feeling that my bike gets very hot! What do you think? I'm worried and doubtful about the strength and durability of my machine!
