presentation of the 700 MT-07 Grand Prix de France 2025
Let me introduce you to the MT-07? No need—Yamaha’s roadster has been a star on the market since its debut. Its playful twin-cylinder engine and natural flair for fun make it both a great entry-level bike and a mischievous road demon. Its latest update has given it more refinement and updated electronics.
What if we added a racing soul? Yamaha France stuck a poster of the French GP in its room, and boom—out comes a complete livery inspired by that race. Exceptional in more ways than one: our very own Zarco triumphed, and Quartararo snagged pole position along with the lap record.
So here is the Yamaha MT-07 2025 French Grand Prix Edition. Instantly recognizable with its patriotic-colored decal kit! A psychedelic three-tone wrap that takes a few hours to apply over the original “Ice Storm” color scheme.
During this time, a license plate holder, a windscreen, and its mount will also be installed. Thus decked out, the MT-07 stands out and looks like it’s escaped from a roadster cup.
Spotlight without the hefty price tag
Between parts and labor, it’s enough to set you back a couple of “purples.” Except that Yam is making an effort and only raising the price by 300 bucks—a savings of approximately 571 euros for the buyer. Plus, since it’s a kit, you can choose the bike in standard, A2, or Y-AMT versions.

This MT-07 GP de France replica is set to be a limited edition (but how many?).
It’s sure to turn heads wherever you go, and you’ll enjoy its 73 hp CP2 engine (its character speaks louder than its power), its three new riding modes, traction control, agility enhanced by forged wheels, improved chassis performance, and enhanced digital interactivity with its 5-inch color TFT screen featuring smartphone connectivity.
