presentation of the 800 NK Thorn Bikes 2025
Thorn-Bikes has quietly built a name and reputation for itself with its high-horsepower builds, its partnership with Bader, and its collaboration with the High-Side show. This caught the attention of CFMOTO, which entrusted the shop with the task of upgrading itsNK Sport 800 roadster. With style; no excessive horsepower, just enough to stir up a little more envy.
Same colors, understated design—the bike finds its added value in the details. First, on the handling side, with the addition of an adjustable YSS steering damper and an Up&Down shifter from Translogic.
Next, a touch of flair with a carbon gear cover and throttle cover. Then a beautiful part that always makes a big impression: a transparent clutch cover. It’s eye-catching, it makes a statement, and anyone can appreciate seeing the discs splashing in the oil. Note that all parts are engraved with Thorn Bikes.
A kit to stand out
This build is a limited edition of 100 units. The brand is featured on the tank protectors and the seat base. Franck Nourry didn’t go overboard, ensuring the NK remains affordably priced (one of its key selling points).
Once equipped this way, the NK 800 Thorn Bikes strikes the perfect balance between the Sport and the Advanced models.

All models are powered by a 95-horsepower parallel-twin engine borrowed from KTM (the 790). That’s already enough to hold its own against a large segment of successful machines.
This NK 800 Sport also features a 5-inch color TFT display, an anti-hopping clutch, cruise control, ABS, three riding modes, Kayaba (KYB) suspension with multiple settings, J.Juan brakes, and a respectable curb weight of 186 kg.
