What's changing in 2020

The 2020 vintage is another strong year for Triumph. Strong is a weak word to describe the return of the Rocket III. After the TFC edition in 2019, the more "affordable" "R" and "GT" models enrich the power-cruiser range with 2500 cm3 of mechanical excess. Still at the top of the range, there's a 1200 Bobber TFC.

On the sporty side, the Daytona makes a welcome return with a 765 Daytona Moto2 765 Limited Edition; presented in summer 2019, all copies have already been sold. The 765 Street Triple RS, R and 660 S are updated. A more powerful and better-equipped Thruxton RS boosts the café-racers corner.

On the trail trail, the new 900 Tiger, a medium-displacement motorcycle available in five versions, is a major operation. The entry-level model is simply called the 900 Tiger - on-road potential is demonstrated with the GT and GT Pro - and off-road potential is demonstrated with the Rally and Rally Pro.

The Bonneville comes in a special Bud Ekins series, available in 900 T100 and 1200 T120. The 900 Street Cup is withdrawn from the catalog.

A combination of high ambient temperatures, high current loading and excessive lateral tension may cause the wiring between the alternator and the harness connector to form a bridge. As a result, the connector can deform. This can result in a short circuit, increasing the risk of fire, and creating a risk of accident.

Motorcycles recalled on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 in 5 countries : 900 Street Twin 900 Bonneville T 100 1200 Bonneville T 120 900 Street Scrambler

A combination of high ambient temperatures, high current loads and excessive side voltages can cause a bridge to form between the wiring between the alternator and the wiring harness connector. If the connector blades form a bridge, a thermal threshold may be reached which exceeds the connector's capacity and causes it to deform. This can lead to a short-circuit, increasing the risk of fire and creating an accident hazard.
