What's changing in 2019

For 2019, Honda concludes its Neo Sport Café range with the CB 650 R, descendant of the CB 650 F in a more... modern-classic-hip style.
The CBR 1000 RR & SP are finely tuned in terms of electronics. The CBR 650 gains a little in sportiness with an R evolution, while the CB 500 range is revised.
The daily trail is inspired by enduro with a CRF 450 L.

The VFR 1200 X Crosstourer, CRF 250 L and CRF 250 Rally disappear from the catalog.

The clamping bolt of the primary drive pinion is subject to fatigue failure due to excessive stress caused by bending forces. When this happens, the impulse rotor becomes dislodged, resulting in ignition signal failure and engine stalling while driving, or inability to start. This creates a risk of accident and injury to vehicle occupants.

The fuel pump impeller may be defective, preventing the supply of fuel, which could lead to a power cut or engine stoppage. If this occurs while driving, it creates a risk of accident and injury.

In the ABS modulator (anti-lock braking system), an excessive amount of grease has been applied to the O-ring of the reservoir piston due to poor management of the grease application equipment on the components. When used continuously under these conditions, foreign bodies adhere to the grease that has moved to the outlet valve and can get caught in the check valve during braking, causing inlet pressure leakage and increasing braking distance.
