The Honda motorcycles and scooters 2025
What's changing in 2025
honda is going to hurt the competition in 2025. The new 1000 Hornet is a powerful, reasonably priced streetfighter, well equipped in its SP version and advertised at a crazy price. A big roadster for the price of a mid-size.
The 750 Hornet, 750 Transalp, MSX 125 Grom, CRF 300 L, NT 1100, Africa Twin, X-ADV, Forza, CMX 1100, and NC 750 X all receive updates. The NT 1100 now offers a version with pilot-controlled suspension. The CMX 1100 gets a Special Edition.
Honda also presented a new, extremely promising V3 engine with electric compressor. However, nothing has been said about its release date or which motorcycles it will equip.
As of April 1, 2025 (no joke), the warranty on Honda motorcycles has increased from 5 years to 6 years—except for motocross and enduro models. The warranty consists of 2 years from the manufacturer and 4 years from Honda Motor Europe.

- Motorcycles recalled on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 in 1 country : CMX 500 Rebel CL 500
The steering lock screw may not have been tightened correctly. If it loosens while the motorcycle is moving, it could interfere with the steering and cause loss of control, increasing the risk of a fall. The detached part may also endanger other road users.
- Motorcycles recalled on Friday, April 17, 2026 in 5 countries : CB 1000 Hornet CB 1000 Hornet SP
The fuel hose connected to the fuel tank unexpectedly comes off during riding, resulting in fuel leakage. Leaked fuel may adhere to the rear wheel, increasing the risk of an accident and fire.
- Motorcycles recalled on Friday, January 16, 2026 in 6 countries : CBR 600 RR
The motorcycle has defective parts. Consequently, the oil consumption rate can deteriorate rapidly. Continuing to drive without noticing that the oil level has dropped could result in a reduction in oil pressure, which could lead to seizure of the connecting rod bearing, breakage of the connecting rod, or locking of the rear wheel. These defects could cause an accident. Furthermore, oil spilling onto a hot silencer could cause a vehicle fire.

- Motorcycles recalled on Friday, November 7, 2025 in 3 countries : CB 1000 Hornet CB 1000 Hornet SP
The gear shift pedal pivot bolt falls out while riding, causing the pedal to sag, making it impossible to change gears and causing the rider to lose control of the motorcycle.
- Motorcycles recalled on Friday, October 3, 2025 in 6 countries : CMX 1100 Rebel DCT
At high altitude, if the throttle remains closed, the system fails to update atmospheric pressure, causing incorrect fuel adjustment and false misfire detection. This triggers a fail-safe action that shuts down one cylinder, reducing engine output, which can cause the engine to stall and potentially result in an accident.
- Motorcycles recalled on Friday, August 1, 2025 in 3 countries : CB 125 F
Over time the wires of the headlight may break. The headlight may start flashing and turn off. Not functioning headlights can lead to accidents and injuries.
