Motorcycle specifications NCRMillona 16 2010 A wasp escapes from MotoGP

there are those for whom extreme is not enough - such is the case of Italian tuner NCR, who presents this surreal M16 (for Millona 16), a cousin of the exceptional Ducati Desmosedici RR. The latter, let me remind you, is nothing less than an authentic road-homologated MotoGP, with the same engine and chassis as the machine that raced in the world's most prestigious championship in the 1000 cc era. A 200-horsepower V4 crankshaft and a racing chassis: a dream come true.
the NCR workshops thought: "Well, we'll do better! But different. So they took a Desmosedici and gave it a slimming treatment. The design? Much more minimalist, slimmer, almost café-racer. Stripped of its lower fairing, with an incredibly slim wasp-butt rear end, the M16 has the profile of a cheetah. It's almost as if the Desmosedici had been partly merged with a first-generation SVS 650, so light has its silhouette become. And it's not just visual. The announced weight of this machine is simply incredible: 145 kg. Never before seen on a machine of this calibre. It's even lighter than a MotoGP bike, which can't weigh less than 150 kg. And to think that there's now 200 horsepower at the rear wheel (that's a minimum of 10% more at the vilo).
the V4 needed to perform even better, and NCR gave it more power. It now develops almost the power of a Superbike machine. But what's most astonishing is the chassis preparation: a masterpiece of craftsmanship. NCR completely removed the frame and fitted one of its own. It's now a carbon monocoque frame that encloses the Italian boiler. Honestly, hats off to NCR. As long as we're working with black fiber, we might as well go wild! The in-house swingarm, wheels, half fairing, tank and self-supporting seat are all made in carbon by NCR - I can't even begin to tell you how much weight you gain. On the other hand, the whole thing is going to be so stiff... will the bike still be rideable because the chassis will react so quickly?
if you need a little more to knock your socks off, you'll find that the exhaust line, set-back plates, reservoir capthe on-board electronics are 100% NCR, with racing-derived wiring. On-board functions could include traction control, telemetry with data acquisition, multiple map management... Could? Why talk about the future? Because the NCR Millona 16 will only be built to order. Which means the customer will be able to indulge in even more delirium. But at what price? I've left you with an estimate, but I confess that all kinds of delirium can be permitted when faced with a machine like this.
