presentation of the GSX-R 1000 Swift Sport Edition 2018
For us two-wheeled enthusiasts, Suzuki is synonymous with Bandit, Hayabusa, GSX-R, Méliand, Katana, V-schtroumpf, RM-Z.... motorcycles. Let's widen the focus and discover that the Hamamatsu brand also makes boat engines and cars. The one we're interested in is the Swift. Or rather, it's a nod from Suzuki Germany to the new Swift Sport that interests us.
This little four-wheeled bombshell is celebrating its fourth generation this year. On the German side, we thought that a small special edition of the big GSX-R would be a good way to promote it. To this end, 50 examples of the Suzuki GSX-R 1000 Swift Sport Edition are being offered on the German dealer network in a special color. A good firecracker yellow from the car's body, complemented by a wave of black, a big, assertive red R, and a hint of carbon decals.
Suzuki Motorrad plays a duet score here, symbolic beyond the sympathetic. The machine's big, full-wattage heart will give the full measure of the ambient sportiness. Especially on German freeways ;-)
