presentation of the 765 Street Triple RX 2026
The RX name is gaining in importance at Triumph. After having boosted the 1200 Speed Triple, this acronym is now used on the 765 Street Triple. The machine is already highly efficient, preserving its place in the class with each generation. But Triumph knows how to go further with this special series.
A little history? Quickly done: the Rx badge appeared in 2015 with a more inspired version of the 675 Street Triple. It became more racy with some cosmetic equipment, feet positioned further back, better brakes and the installation of a shifter.
Today, the Street 's brakes are top-notch (Brembo Stylema), the engine is a delight and the chassis does a great job. Except that the RX will bring what it takes to transcend its efficiency, with a clear objective: supremacy on the road or sightlines on the track.
It's all in the hands of the rider, with a new, highly evocative front end that borders on the provocative. It features a fully adjustable Öhlins NIX 30 inverted fork. As the Street Triple RS, the model on which the RX is based, is already fitted with a Swedish STX 40 shock absorber, the whole bike is now suspended on Öhlins.
The Triumph can do a great job with this alone. Then the rider settles in, facing a delectable open-work fork crown machined from aluminum. A laser-engraved RX logo reminds him who he's riding with. Then it's time to grab the controls - the handlebars have been replaced by a pair of half-handlebars, also beautifully crafted. As a result, the rider's posture is ready for attack, much more so than with the RS. The RS's spine angle is also slightly narrower (from 23.2° to 23°), and the headroom is reduced for even greater liveliness when cornering.
No risk with the RX

It's a little terror, ready to eat boot sliders at every turn. In addition to its more advanced chassis, the 765 Street Triple RX also boasts an aggressive paint scheme, a seat bearing its name, and programmed availability. It will only be available for one year, like the Modern Classics Collection series (Icon, Stealth, etc.). And, of course, a price tag to match - expect an extra 1,100 euros from the RS.
All that's left to do is get the 3-cylinder's 130 horsepower talking, warm up the Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa V3s and keep on going until you run out of steam. If need be, Triumph will help you out with its electronic assistants: ABS cornering, traction control, Up&Down shifter and 5 riding modes (rain, road, sport, track and rider).
The Street Triple Moto2 Edition makes you fantasize, but the price calms you down; or there simply aren't any more of them... The RX will give you just as much sportiness and delightful riding dementia, without the premium feel and exclusive taste treatment of a collector's series. Definitely one of the best tools in its class, but more exclusive and always suggesting you lock a target.

Bikers' reviews Leave a review - 1 review
Triumph's build quality is always exemplary: the machining of the triple clamp, the assembly, and the premium details are all up to the expected standard. The riding position is more aggressive than on the R or RS, which puts more weight on the front and gives you a better feel for the front end when entering corners, without becoming uncomfortable on a daily basis (significantly less radical than a GSXR600).
The chassis is the real highlight: the Öhlins fork provides greater rigidity and precision, with a firmer and more communicative front end. The bike requires a little more physical involvement at low speeds, but gains enormously in stability and precision once the pace increases. It is even more stable than the RS, particularly when attacking corners and on fast sequences.
On the engine side, the three-cylinder remains extremely expressive: smooth revving, excellent extension, and a very present feel. The exhaust note is decent as standard, but the real show comes from the intake, with a very pronounced airbox sound at high revs that greatly enhances the riding experience.
Not yet tested on the track, but everything about its handling suggests that it will reveal its full potential in this environment. Can't wait to take it there. Rating : 5/5 Respond to wolffe
