Motorcycle specifications DucatiDIAVEL CARBON 1200 2012 Incentives to carbonize tires

most Ducatis come with a sportier version, christened S (or even R), and equipped with noble, enhancing features. For the Diavel, it's a bit special: its luxury version is called Carbon. It's easy to guess the material used on this Diavel "+". Carbon fiber is used on the tank, seat cover and front mudguard. A slight weight saving that goes hand in hand with a racing look, perfectly complementing the machine's muscular blackness. If the Diavel Carbon weighs less than the standard model, it's mainly thanks to its forged Marchesini rims, which are 2,500 grams lighter. The marzocchi fork, huge at 50 mm in diameter, has a black DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) anti-friction treatment on its tubes.
carbon or Diavel, this mix of roadster and power cruiser appeals above all for its quirky looks, impression of power and formidable technical features. For the weight of a Z 750 / 800, you get the power of a 1098. Co-pilots include three fuel injection maps, ABS and traction control. Fun and beastly to look at, the Diavel intimidates with its 240 rear tire, surprises with its agility, intoxicates with its 11° Testastretta twin, angled as you like up to up to 41°, makes life easy with its "key in the pocket" starting system, and rumbles with gusto, from the beginning of the pleasure to the end of the sensations.

Please don't compare it to a Harley ...the diavel is a motorcycle.

An exorbitant price but excellence comes at a price. Rating : 5/5 Respond to zoolu
Great !!!! I've never had anything but trais..I loved Ducati engines (my first on a Cagiva elephant) after that it's hard to ride a Japanese ...2 years of multistrada 1200 and since 1 month I broke the piggy bank ..it's great the first few kms the big rear tire surprises then you love it it pushes you to vice. Even my wife rides it, and she loves it too. In a duo, it's different, but it's still great.
The same problem as the multistrada, the engine temperature rises...normal, I'm told. Rating : 5/5 Respond to nikita34
