Motorcycle specifications KTMSuperduke 1390 RR Track 2026 A roadster that goes beyond the extreme
presentation of the Superduke 1390 RR Track 2026
There was the 1190 RC8 R Track; there is the RC R 990 Track; and there will be the Superduke 1390 RR Track. KTM has decided to create an exclusive track machine. But while most manufacturers are constantly refining their hypersports and sometimes deriving ultra-high-performance special editions from them, the Austrian firm is taking its hyper-roadster to the extreme. Here is the ultimate Superduke.
It’s no longer a monster; it’s a Golgoth infused with plutonium. The Superduke is no longer shackled by road-legal regulations; as a result, its power is unleashed, and its twin-cylinder engine kicks it up a notch. Without modifying it but letting it breathe freely, Katoche enables it to produce 196 horsepower at 10,000 rpm. A power output that climbs to 202 horsepower when the air intake is pressurized at 250 km/h. The torque is even more insane, now exceeding that of a Hayabusa— it’s rated at 15.4 mkg. It makes you wonder how the swingarm doesn’t come out of the test half-bent.
It’s not just the most powerful roadster in Mattighofen’s history; it’s also the brand’s most powerful production motorcycle.
To gulp down air, the 1,350 cc engine benefits from a racing air filter, a new 10-liter airbox, specific engine mapping, and a complete “Evolution Line” titanium exhaust system by Akrapovic.
Less weight, always less

The quest to shed weight is even more intense here than on the RR model. 9 kilograms have been shaved off (and 20 less than the SD 1390 R). KTM has hunted down every kilogram, every unnecessary component, and every single gram to achieve an impressive 177 kg without fuel— the same weight as a CFMOTO 675 NK.
The specs are mind-blowing:
- Forged magnesium rims (-1.5 kg compared to those of a Superduke R)
- Custom frame without mounting points for “off-track” equipment
- Carbon fiber bodywork and numerous components
- Titanium screws
- CNC-machined parts
- 6.4 kg saved thanks to the Akra’ exhaust
- No mirrors
- No license plate
- No headlights; just a small taillight for riding in the rain
- A smaller instrument panel
KTM removed everything it could and added only an engine guard (also made of carbon) and a brake lever guard. Then, once all the excess was removed, the field was clear to replace or optimize anything that could improve performance.
Performance above all!
Is this just for the track? It needs slicks. Michelin Power Performance tires will do the job perfectly.
Are we going to brake like a piglet? The R’s Brembo Stylema or the RR’s Hypure don’t really suit it; might as well switch to the blazing-fast GP4-MS with T-drive discs. A very serious CorsaCorta master cylinder controls the whole setup.
Suspension—sticking with WP? Yes, but the manufacturer brings MotoGP-spec components into the Pro 8548 inverted fork and the 8750 shock absorber from the Pro Components catalog. That’s enough to allow for very precise adjustments, cutting-edge efficiency, and a performance feel right at the handlebars.
In fact, the shock is mounted lower on the RR Track to provide a bit more support and feedback.

Its electronics are also more specialized. No need for a Street mode or other everyday compromises. The riding aids will focus on 3 customizable modes: Essential, Efficient, and Technical (racing-style). Wheelie control is adjustable across 6 levels, engine braking across 5; traction control and throttle response are also adjustable.
And since the Superduke Track wants its rider to focus entirely on riding, it features a small 4.2-inch screen where the current gear takes center stage. Speed is secondary (it has no place here anyway), engine RPM is displayed as a thin bar graph, while a prominent section shows the riding aid settings.
To adjust them, the bike features racing-style switches and buttons. In fact, all that’s missing is a 2D dashboard and full fairing to make you feel like you’re riding a championship-level track bike.
For the hyperactive riders
Roadsters built exclusively for the track are few, rare, and formidable. Even the super-powerful BMW M 1000 R can tear up the open road. The only recent representative of this kind of madness wasthe Aprilia Tuono V4 X, another seriously insane machine.
We thought, however, that Katoche had pushed the envelope almost too far with the Superduke RR. But no, the Track version comes to obliterate the sliders and rumble strips. Only 100 units will be made—inevitably expensive, decidedly terrifying, and absolutely addictive.
