The chain tensioner may malfunction due to wear of internal parts. This can cause the engine to stall while the vehicle is in motion, creating a risk of accident.

During assembly, the manifold fasteners may not be tightened to the required torque. As a result, the exhaust manifold fasteners may come loose and fall onto the road, increasing the risk of an accident.

An insufficient amount of bearing grease might have been applied to the needle-bearings in the rear hub housing (roller bearings), during the manufacturing process.
